We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Infrastructure Architect to join Quantrics. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and automating complex Linux-based infrastructure environments and networking solutions for a leading Canadian Telco, Media, and Tech giant. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to drive critical technical strategies from the comfort of your home in the Philippines.
As a Senior Infrastructure Architect, you will define the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across our distributed systems. You will leverage modern automation tools to streamline operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust infrastructure solutions that support business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage complex Linux-based infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Implement and automate networking configurations using industry-standard tools and scripting languages.
- Oversee network security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with software development and DevOps teams to integrate infrastructure with cloud services and applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular infrastructure audits and provide strategic recommendations for technology upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with a strong focus on Linux systems.
- Deep knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik).
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Perl.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
