Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain highly scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise infrastructure across hybrid-cloud environments.
- Lead the automation of infrastructure provisioning using modern IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure 99.99% system availability and optimal performance.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern, containerized architectures (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Implement advanced security protocols to ensure compliance with global banking standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis for system incidents.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and SRE methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash for process automation.
- Deep understanding of Linux/Unix internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing), and security.
- Proven track record of managing high-traffic production environments using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.
