Phillip Securities is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in the Central Region. As a key member of our technology division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operation, management, and maintenance of our core virtualization and server infrastructure.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our financial services platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our VMware ESX and HCI environments, ensuring high availability for our mission-critical Windows and SQL-based applications. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses deep technical expertise in enterprise server administration.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, manage, and maintain enterprise VMWare ESX and HCI virtualization technologies.
- Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2019 environments including patching, configuration, and optimization.
- Manage SQL Server 2016+ database infrastructure to ensure performance and data integrity.
- Proactively monitor system health, performance metrics, and capacity planning.
- Execute complex infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and security hardening.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to implement compliance standards and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
- Document technical configurations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure administration.
- Expert-level knowledge of VMWare vSphere/ESX and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions.
- Proven expertise in managing Windows Server environments and enterprise database platforms (SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of storage area networks (SAN) and backup/recovery solutions.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications (e.g., VCP, MCSE, or Azure/AWS certifications) are highly advantageous.
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
