Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead infrastructure architecture projects, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues
- Develop and document infrastructure standards, best practices, and procedures
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure engineering
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on infrastructure matters
- Participate in budget planning and cost optimization for infrastructure resources
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering with architecture experience
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure components including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent) are highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
