Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver 3rd-level technical support for digital workplace platforms including Windows Server, Active Directory, and endpoint management solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure incidents with minimal supervision, ensuring rapid business continuity
- Design and implement infrastructure modernization projects including cloud migrations and virtualization enhancements
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell/Python) to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual interventions
- Lead root cause analysis for critical system failures and implement preventive measures
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure architecture, procedures, and knowledge base
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure infrastructure compliance with ANZ's security policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent professional certification (e.g., MCSE, CCNP)
- 5+ years of infrastructure support experience with 2+ years in 3rd-level support roles
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and enterprise endpoint management
- Strong experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services (Azure/AWS)
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent IT service management experience
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with network protocols, system security, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration
