Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure including cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), networking, and virtualization environments
- Lead infrastructure strategy development and execution aligned with business growth objectives and security compliance
- Oversee infrastructure lifecycle management including capacity planning, disaster recovery, and vendor relationships
- Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure specialists through performance reviews, skill development, and project delegation
- Implement automation frameworks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor system performance using monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, ITIL) and organizational security policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of infrastructure management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and enterprise networking
- Strong background in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools
- Proven track record in managing infrastructure budgets and vendor contracts
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, AWS/Azure Architect) highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex technical projects
