We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Red Team Specialist to join our elite cybersecurity team. In this pivotal role, you will act as an advanced adversary to evaluate, challenge, and improve our organization's security posture. Your primary mission is to proactively identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our infrastructure before malicious actors can exploit them.
As a Red Teamer, you will engage in simulated cyberattacks, leveraging advanced tools and techniques to test the effectiveness of our defensive measures. You will work closely with our Blue Team to provide actionable intelligence and remediation strategies, ensuring our systems are resilient against sophisticated threats. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct advanced penetration testing on network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments.
- Simulate complex, multi-stage attack scenarios to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.
- Perform threat modeling and vulnerability assessments on internal and external systems.
- Develop and utilize custom hacking tools and scripts to automate reconnaissance.
- Document findings and present detailed reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest attack vectors and vulnerabilities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, or Ethical Hacking.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Proficiency in using penetration testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) to automate security testing.
- Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or CISSP are highly preferred.
