Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to design and present tailored technical solutions for prospective clients.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions, and system architecture reviews.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical success.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and work closely with the engineering team to resolve bugs and improve system performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API guides, and implementation manuals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
- Train and support internal teams and customers on the optimal use of our technology stack.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Support, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, cloud technologies, and system integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize technical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
