Join Nanyang Tech as a Senior Infrastructure & Systems Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining our organization's technological backbone. In this critical position, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across systems software, networks, servers, and end-user terminals. You'll lead daily IT operations support through our IT Helpdesk, proactively monitoring and optimizing performance while resolving complex technical challenges with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive daily IT infrastructure and operations support covering systems software, networks, servers, and end-user terminals
- Manage IT Helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical incidents and service requests
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security protocols to maintain high availability
- Implement, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and virtualization platforms
- Design and optimize network infrastructure including LAN/WAN configurations, firewalls, and VPN solutions
- Document system configurations, procedures, and knowledge base articles for operational continuity
- Collaborate with stakeholders on infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration
- Expert knowledge of server management (Windows/Linux), networking concepts, and cloud infrastructure
- Proven experience with IT Helpdesk operations and end-user support methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues across infrastructure layers
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Server+, AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
