Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze training needs and identify performance gaps to design effective, targeted learning strategies.
- Develop comprehensive self-paced online courses, micro-learning modules, and interactive e-learning materials.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accurate content.
- Utilize industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Adobe Captivate to produce high-quality multimedia assets.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct instructional analysis and review existing curriculum to recommend continuous improvements and modernization.
- Ensure all learning materials are accessible, compliant with WCAG standards, and aligned with organizational learning goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or training facilitation.
- Proven proficiency with authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline and Rise, is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt content for varied learning styles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Developers, SMEs).
