Sysgen is looking for a highly skilled Senior Integration Engineer to join our dynamic technology team in Taguig. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust integration solutions that connect our core systems with external platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, system scalability, and high-performance throughput across our technical ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a technical expert who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong analytical mindset. You will be working on a night shift schedule with a flexible 2X onsite hybrid arrangement, allowing for a balance of face-to-face collaboration and focused remote work.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement scalable API-driven integration solutions between heterogeneous enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify integration requirements and workflow improvements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integration pipelines to ensure maximum system availability and latency reduction.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including API specifications, sequence diagrams, and system architecture flows.
- Manage the deployment of integration updates and perform rigorous unit/integration testing to ensure stability.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical code reviews to maintain high quality-of-code standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security and compliance protocols during data transfer and transformation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems integration, API development, or backend engineering.
- Proven expertise in RESTful APIs, SOAP, and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Extensive experience with middleware technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom message queues like RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL database management and data modeling.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment and perform well during onsite collaboration days.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
