Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement Java-based integration solutions for healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, and DICOM standards
- Develop and maintain API gateways, middleware, and ESB components for real-time data synchronization
- Lead end-to-end integration projects from requirement gathering through deployment and optimization
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize system performance in healthcare environments
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to translate interoperability requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security regulations (HIPAA, PDPA) and industry best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Java development experience with strong OOP and design pattern knowledge
- Proven expertise in healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, IHE profiles)
- Experience with integration middleware (Mirth Connect, Iguana, Apache Camel) and API management
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (EHRs, RIS, LIS) and clinical workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
- Certifications (Java SE/EE, HL7, or healthcare IT) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and clinical teams
