- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex integration challenges
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Document integration architectures and maintain best practices for automation workflows
- Stay current with emerging voice AI technologies and automation frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience building voice AI agents or conversational systems
- Expertise in API integration (REST, GraphQL) and SaaS platform connectivity
- Proficiency in automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, or custom solutions)
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Experience with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack APIs)
- Knowledge of voice AI frameworks (Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar)
- Proven track record of delivering complex integration projects on time
