Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from conceptualization to execution
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate vision into actionable designs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with building regulations
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and secure client approvals
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative team environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design consultancy
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types and design aesthetics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and material sourcing
