Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Develop creative and functional design concepts that align with client requirements and brand identity.
- Create detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Source and specify materials, fabrics, furniture, lighting, and accessories to achieve desired aesthetic and functionality.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Mentor junior designers and coordinate with team members to maintain high-quality output.
- Stay current with industry trends, new materials, and sustainable design practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and construction standards is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
