Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects including space planning, material selection, and FF&E specification
- Develop comprehensive construction documentation and technical drawings ensuring compliance with building codes
- Collaborate with clients to translate vision into functional design solutions within budget constraints
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits and oversee implementation to maintain design integrity
- Research and recommend innovative materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience with FF&E specialization
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design solutions
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design concepts
- Proven project management capabilities with attention to detail and deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
