Tanggung Jawab
- Lead independent interior design projects from initial client brief to final site handover.
- Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials that capture the client's vision.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction documentation, and site details.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project execution aligns with technical specs.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure quality control.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure all milestones are met efficiently.
- Liaise with clients to present design iterations and provide professional design consultancy throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in interior design, ideally within a design consultancy or firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects and technical detailing skills.
- Excellent knowledge of building materials, interior finishes, and lighting design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex site issues independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
