Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from conceptualization to execution
- Mentor junior designers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Develop detailed design plans, specifications, and material selections
- Manage client relationships and project timelines/budgets
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and sustainability standards
- Conduct site visits and oversee implementation phases
- Create compelling design presentations and client proposals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of professional interior design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven team leadership and project management abilities
- Understanding of Balinese/Indonesian design contexts preferred
