Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end interior design processes for residential and commercial projects
- Create detailed 3D visualizations, renderings, and technical drawings using industry-standard software
- Develop design concepts that balance client requirements with functional and aesthetic objectives
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits and space analysis to inform design decisions
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budget constraints
- Stay current with emerging design trends, materials, and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and commercial projects
- Expertise in creating technical drawings and 3D visualizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
