Tanggung Jawab
- Lead interior design projects from concept development through to final implementation
- Develop detailed design plans, including space planning, material selection, and color schemes
- Create comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and mood boards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-delivery of projects
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design
- Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in hospitality and residential projects
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications
- Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and budgets
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design concepts
- Professional certification in Interior Design (e.g., NCIDQ) is preferred
