Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design process for luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects
- Develop comprehensive design concepts including space planning, material selection, and color schemes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure delivery excellence
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to implement cohesive design solutions
- Create detailed technical documentation including FF&E specifications and construction drawings
- Conduct site visits and resolve on-site design challenges during implementation
- Mentor junior designers and maintain quality standards across all projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality/residential design
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-end commercial and residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong understanding of Balinese cultural aesthetics and sustainable design principles
- Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
