Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative commercial and office interior concepts that meet client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications for interior projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and office interior design
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful commercial interior projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Malaysian building codes and regulations
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
