Are you a creative visionary with a passion for transforming spaces? Terang Perdana Works is seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team in Bandung. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the aesthetic and functional development of our retail outlets, ensuring every project aligns with our high standards of quality and design excellence.
As a key member of our design department, you will lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to execution. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical reality, working closely with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver exceptional interior environments. We are looking for an individual who is not only skilled in interior design software but also possesses strong field supervision capabilities to manage fit-out processes effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed design concepts and floor plans for retail outlets.
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.
- Oversee on-site fit-out execution to ensure compliance with design specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, engineers, and external contractors.
- Manage project documentation, including material selection, mood boards, and technical drawings.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality control.
- Prepare accurate project budgets and procurement schedules for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in retail or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, interior building materials, and site supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with contractors and clients.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful retail interior design projects.
