Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, space planning, and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals with clear rationale
- Create detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with design vision and budget constraints
- Manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors, and ensure design implementation meets quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related challenges
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design styles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and material sourcing
