Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process for commercial interior projects, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop creative spatial layouts and detailed design solutions that enhance workplace functionality and brand identity.
- Prepare high-quality design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and technical drawings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design specifications are faithfully executed.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and high-performance creative culture.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively to deliver exceptional results within set constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing commercial and workplace projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability best practices.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
