Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, space plans, and technical documentation for diverse interior projects
- Lead client consultations to translate requirements into actionable design solutions
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project execution alignment
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining design integrity
- Create detailed 2D/3D visualizations and renderings using industry-standard software
- Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews for quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of professional interior design experience with portfolio demonstrating varied project types
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture specifications, and sustainable design practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) or membership in recognized design organization
