PT Atlas Produk Konstruksi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer (3D) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the aesthetic and functional direction of our high-profile construction projects.

You will work closely with our Head of Design to translate client visions into immersive 3D renderings and precise construction documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D interior design concepts that align with project requirements and company brand standards.
- Produce high-quality architectural renderings, walkthroughs, and visualization assets for client presentations.
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Design to execute creative strategies and design visions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical construction drawings, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches the approved 3D conceptual documentation.
- Manage project design timelines and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality material procurement.
- Continuously stay updated with emerging design trends, materials, and construction technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within a construction-focused environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, or Corona).
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end design projects from concept to final installation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in residential or commercial interior spaces.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor junior design staff.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
