Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process for luxury residential and hospitality projects in Bali.
- Develop comprehensive architectural plans, interior layouts, and detailed technical drawings.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise construction progress to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Source and select high-quality materials, furniture, and finishes that align with project budgets and aesthetics.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Present design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay abreast of international design trends and innovative sustainable building practices.
- Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance throughout the design phase.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design, preferably in high-end real estate.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successfully completed luxury residential or commercial projects.
- Deep understanding of tropical architecture, materials, and local construction techniques in Bali.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for stakeholder communication.
- Proactive attitude with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail.
