Are you a visionary designer with a passion for creating world-class luxury living spaces? SKHAI is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our prestigious team in Bali. We specialize in high-end villa developments, and we are looking for a creative leader to transform architectural concepts into breathtaking, immersive interior experiences.
In this role, you will lead the interior design lifecycle—from initial conceptualization and material selection to the final 3D visualization and site implementation. You will work closely with architects and clients to ensure that every detail reflects the sophistication and exclusivity expected of luxury Balinese villa living. If you possess a keen eye for detail, deep knowledge of high-end aesthetics, and the ability to manage complex projects, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for luxury villas, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and client expectations.
- Create high-fidelity 3D renderings and walkthroughs to present design narratives effectively.
- Curate premium material palettes, furniture, lighting, and finishes that define high-end interior spaces.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design integrity throughout the build.
- Manage interior design budgets, procurement specifications, and schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance on design standards and software workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience, specifically within the luxury residential or villa design sector.
- Expert-level proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape).
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, space planning, and contemporary luxury design trends.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing high-end projects with a focus on interior aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to high-net-worth clients.
- High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and creative problem-solving skills.
