Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end interior design and construction projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate vision into efficient design-build solutions.
- Oversee the project team, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality control.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in workflow and design methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in interior design and project management, specifically in the Design & Build sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and residential projects.
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
