Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Active Directory environments, including Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP services.
- Provide expert-level support for identity and access management (IAM) troubleshooting, ensuring 99.9% uptime for client systems.
- Manage and optimize Azure AD Connect and hybrid identity synchronization processes.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments on domain controllers to mitigate unauthorized access risks.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts (PowerShell) for routine administrative tasks and system reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new applications and services into the existing AD infrastructure.
- Lead technical migrations and upgrades while ensuring minimal business disruption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Solid understanding of LDAP, Kerberos, DNS, and multi-forest/multi-domain architectures.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation is essential.
- Experience with Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid cloud configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a client-facing environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator or MCSE are highly preferred.
