Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive inventory planning strategies to optimize global stock levels and turnover rates.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify risks, forecast shortages, and implement proactive mitigation plans.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis on inventory data to identify root causes of discrepancies and drive resolution.
- Collaborate with global manufacturing and procurement teams to align inventory levels with production schedules and customer demand.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory management processes and reduce carrying costs.
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards summarizing inventory performance, KPIs, and operational trends.
- Monitor and evaluate material availability, lead times, and vendor performance to ensure business continuity.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts and support cross-departmental supply chain projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analysis, or demand planning within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data visualization and business intelligence reporting (Tableau or Power BI experience preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly regarded.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-structured organization.
