Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly inventory projections for raw materials on a global scale.
- Analyze historical demand patterns and supply chain variables to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with global procurement and manufacturing teams to align inventory levels with production requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential stock-out or overstock risks through proactive trend analysis.
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards summarizing global inventory health and performance metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory management processes and reduce carrying costs.
- Support strategic planning cycles by providing data-backed insights into material availability and lead-time variability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and manufacturing workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly advantageous.
