Virginia Food, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Control and Replenishment Analyst to join our growing team in Tacloban City, Leyte. In this critical role, you will serve as the guardian of our stock, ensuring that all SKUs are available to meet customer demand at all times.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor real-time stock levels to ensure 100% availability of all SKUs in the warehouse.
- Analyze inventory data and turnover rates to optimize stock replenishment cycles.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock orders effectively.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile system records.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies to minimize loss and shrinkage.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management review.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, replenishment analysis, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse management principles and local logistics regulations.
