- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Investment Analysts, providing mentorship, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the construction, management, and optimization of investment portfolios for high-net-worth clients across the Asia Pacific region.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute investment strategies based on thorough market research and economic analysis to maximize returns.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and adjust asset allocations to mitigate risk and capture growth opportunities.
- Client Relations: Present complex investment concepts and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Compliance: Ensure all investment activities adhere to strict regulatory guidelines and internal governance standards.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on macroeconomic trends, sectors, and specific assets to identify emerging investment themes.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CFA/CAIA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, or asset allocation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Asian financial markets, regulatory environment, and investment vehicles.
- Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate investment strategies to diverse audiences.
- Regulatory: Familiarity with local and international financial regulations and compliance standards.
