Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as a primary point of contact for IT operational support, ensuring 99.9% system availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for IT projects.
- Lead the design and implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and patches in alignment with global IT standards.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose automated technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to manage support contracts and project deliverables.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure high adoption rates of new systems and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT analysis, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT projects within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical jargon for business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle), and enterprise ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed, global team.
