Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document complex IT requirements and system needs.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of core IT systems and applications to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical IT incidents, providing technical guidance to junior team members and business units.
- Manage and execute IT projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Analyze system performance and data trends to recommend improvements for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks to safeguard organizational data and infrastructure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management and third-party service providers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT analysis, system administration, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (Python/Bash), and database management systems.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and middleware integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and leading technical teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT security best practices is highly desirable.
