Are you an experienced IT Audit professional looking to make a significant impact in the public sector landscape? Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), is seeking a dedicated Senior IT Auditor to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity of digital infrastructure and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of cybersecurity and operational governance.
As part of the ATS family, you will work at the intersection of technology and public policy, driving improvements in control frameworks and risk management systems. We are looking for an analytical thinker who is passionate about technology, risk assessment, and process improvement to help us maintain the trust of our stakeholders and the public.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and report on IT audits covering infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity controls.
- Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of IT general controls (ITGC) and application controls.
- Identify, document, and communicate IT control deficiencies and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify emerging IT threats and ensure appropriate mitigating controls are in place.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical initiatives and organizational compliance requirements.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track remediation progress.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving technologies, cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and government regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT audit, internal audit, or IT risk management.
- Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CISM is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT audit methodologies, COBIT frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical systems and identify control gaps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of professional integrity.
