Tanggung Jawab
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders for system enhancements and new IT projects.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the testing process to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Bridge the communication gap between non-technical business units and technical developers.
- Participate in project planning, timeline management, and risk assessment workshops.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking, insurance, or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex business problems into manageable components.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
