Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement within BSS and CRM frameworks.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed functional requirements for system development and integration projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT development teams, and vendors.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine the difference between current and future state business processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate user training sessions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, flowcharts, and use case diagrams.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot business-related issues to ensure high availability.
- Contribute to the definition of project milestones and deliverables in an Agile environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the Telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of BSS (Business Support Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management is a significant advantage.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
