Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end IT Demand Management lifecycle, from intake and evaluation to prioritization and closure.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure all demands comply with organizational standards and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand requirements, assess feasibility, and document detailed functional specifications.
- Analyze demand data and trends to provide actionable insights for resource planning, capacity management, and project prioritization.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain and update the Demand Management tool, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all IT initiatives.
- Monitor demand status and proactively communicate progress and risks to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a specific focus on Demand Management and IT Governance.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and SQL).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
