- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for enterprise applications
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based solutions using C# and SQL Server
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business owners, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Manage project lifecycles from conception through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of enterprise applications
- Stay current with emerging technologies in the Microsoft stack and recommend strategic upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting with focus on enterprise applications
- Expert proficiency in .NET framework, C#, and SQL Server development
- Strong background in business analysis and project management methodologies
- Experience with full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure or related technologies preferred
