Tanggung Jawab
- Provide dedicated technical support to senior executives and VIP stakeholders across multiple business units
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure supporting 1000+ employees
- Lead critical incident response and system recovery during high-impact outages
- Develop and execute IT security protocols aligned with global compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy enterprise-wide technology solutions
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and capacity planning
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for stakeholder training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT support with 3+ years serving senior stakeholders
- Proven expertise in fast-scaling environments (e.g., SaaS, high-growth startups)
- Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), network security, and endpoint management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, CCNP, CISSP) strongly preferred
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and change management processes
