Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all IT operations, infrastructure, and business systems support
- Develop and implement robust security protocols to protect company data and systems
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements for optimal efficiency
- Coordinate with department heads to understand IT needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Manage IT budget, resources, and vendor relationships effectively
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend strategic IT initiatives
- Lead IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in IT infrastructure management, security implementation, and system optimization
- Strong knowledge of business systems integration and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading complex IT initiatives
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are highly desirable
