Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure management including servers, networks, and cloud systems for luxury hotel operations
- Implement and maintain enterprise-grade cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive guest and corporate data
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including property management system optimization and guest experience platforms
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and training for staff across all hotel departments
- Manage IT vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure optimal performance
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies for critical systems
- Analyze technology trends to identify opportunities enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with hospitality industry IT standards and data protection regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience in luxury hospitality or premium service industries
- Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
- Proven experience with property management systems (Opera, etc.) and hospitality-specific technologies
- Strong project management skills with successful IT implementation track record
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ITIL) highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience in high-pressure operational environments
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
