Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Power Apps to streamline business processes.
- Implement and configure Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive tasks and data synchronization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct system audits and performance tuning to ensure the security and integrity of financial data.
- Train end-users on new systems and software updates, ensuring effective adoption across the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and Power Platform features to recommend best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT, specifically with Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform.
- Strong proficiency in developing and deploying Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate flows.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems, financial modules, and data integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400) are a strong advantage.
