Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and healthcare-specific HIS platforms
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users across all departments
- Oversee IT project lifecycles from planning through implementation and evaluation
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive healthcare data
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and new technology integration
- Develop IT policies and procedures ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Monitor system performance and implement efficiency improvements
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT management experience in healthcare or regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of HIS (Hospital Information Systems) implementation and maintenance
- Certification in IT management, cybersecurity, or healthcare IT preferred
- Experience with network administration, database management, and cloud technologies
- Proven project management skills with ability to deliver complex IT initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
