Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement and maintain enterprise-grade IT infrastructure including cloud platforms, network architecture, and security frameworks
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery in community care settings
- Develop and execute IT strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Overhead cybersecurity protocols, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with healthcare IT regulations
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize technology investments
- Mentor and develop IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive maintenance strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in IT infrastructure management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), virtualization, and enterprise networking
- Strong background in healthcare IT compliance standards and data security protocols
- Proven track record of managing technology budgets and vendor relationships
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, CCNP) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to deliver complex initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in non-profit or healthcare technology environments
