We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior IT Executive (Software) to take ownership of our software ecosystem. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will be the key driver for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all software platforms. You will lead high-impact initiatives including system integrations, major upgrades, and the adoption of new technologies to support our manufacturing and business processes.
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will work closely with various departments to understand their software needs and deliver solutions that enhance productivity. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing ERP systems, managing enterprise applications, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place. You will also have the chance to mentor junior staff and shape the future of IT operations at Chenbro Malaysia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of critical enterprise software systems, including ERP, CRM, and collaboration tools.
- Manage software deployment, upgrades, patches, and license compliance across the organization.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis for software-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT software capabilities with operational needs and strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical leadership, training, and support to the IT team and end-users.
- Ensure all software systems adhere to cybersecurity policies and data protection standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong focus on software and systems management.
- In-depth experience with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, MySQL) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and identity management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, or PMP are highly advantageous.
