Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Governance Frameworks: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT governance policies and procedures tailored to the property management industry.
- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to local laws (e.g., Data Privacy Act of 2012) and international standards such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks to protect the company's reputation and data integrity.
- Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits and controls assessments to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with established standards.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors to ensure they meet our governance and compliance requirements.
- Training & Awareness: Organize training sessions and workshops to educate employees on IT policies, data security, and compliance best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and external regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT governance, compliance, or risk management.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC are highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational change.
